Most fitness equipment orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on fitness gear?
Yes, all Centr hardware and equipment come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure you can train with confidence.
What is your return policy for apparel and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused apparel and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that digital subscriptions are non-refundable.
How do I access my digital workout subscription?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an activation email. Simply download the Centr app and log in with your credentials to start your program.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the UK. We are working hard to bring Centr products to more countries soon.
