Bluetooth heart rate monitoring enables real-time intensity tracking, while a backlit LCD console displays strokes per minute, time, watts, calories, and distance.

Built with a commercial-grade frame rated to 352.7 lbs, the Perform Series Rower is engineered to deliver consistent training. A molded, thick padded seat supports comfort through longer sessions, while the 1-piece drive system delivers a smooth, natural rowing feel.
